We provide free shipping worldwide.*
Process of assembling your order starts as soon as your order is placed and may have a processing time up to 7 business days before shipping.
A Tracking Number will be sent to you by email 7-10 days after your order has been placed. If you haven’t received your tracking number within the time frames above, please contact our customer support team by e‑mail at info@kiwidition.nz and we will be happy to assist.
Please note: It may take up to 24 hours for your package to show up in the forwarder's tracking system.
For International orders, tracking information is available until the package leaves its country of origin. After that, there might be no further tracking.
International shipping estimates 2-4 weeks.
If your item has not arrived within 60 days after the day you have received a Tracking Number or 70 days after the day you have placed the order, contact our customer service team by e‑mail at info@kiwidition.nz and we will do our best to help you.
Shipping to the some countries may take over 60 days. Please be informed that all orders shipped to Central America, South America, Africa and French Polynesia usually take 2-4 months to arrive due to the delays from customs and local post offices.
*All items cannot be shipped to the following countries: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela.
Taxes & Duties
Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price and shipping cost. Kiwidition is not responsible for reporting or paying these taxes. We can not predict whether you will be charged for customs taxes or how much the taxes will be in your country. The charges vary from one country to another and are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
From 1 December 2019 merchants shipped to New Zealand may be subject to GST (15%), based on the Customs value of the goods.
